Web Marvels - Terms and Conditions

We offer to promote your business through various internet forums. We will do so with integrity and a focus on representing your business professionally. Before engaging Web Marvels to provide professional services to you, please note these terms and conditions of sale of our service.

• As so much is beyond our control, we offer no guarantees of any particular rankings achievements. We can however point to our record of success as an indicator of likely future performance.
• A small number of search terms will be agreed and our content will be built around building web rankings for these terms.
• We will not publish a competitor in the same suburb as you on Asian Massage Sydney without your permission. An exception to this is the Sydney CBD where we will limit the proximity to a competitor to a reasonable distance, and provide additional content to ensure appropriate coverage.
• The copyright of photographs used by Web Marvels resides with the photographer. If we take a photo, we own it and retain rights over its use. If you take it you own it. In either case, if a photo is taken by you or on your premises and it is identifiably your business or staff, you may request that it not be used further by Web Marvels and this request will be granted by Web Marvels.

In return, it is a requirement that our customers meet their commercial obligations to us in a timely fashion.

• Invoices are issued for payment for services 3 months in advance.
• No refunds are provided on 'unused' portions on the sale of a business, however the new owner will not be invoiced until the next billing period.
• Customers are asked to sign an agreement setting out the terms and conditions of the agreement as per this information, or to agree by return email. The agreement persists until terminated by either party. During the first 12 months of the agreement, termination may be effected immediately. After 12 months, one month's notice to terminate is required.
• Payment terms are 7 days from date of invoice with payment by bank deposit, else by direct debit on the 1st of each month.
• Complaints shall be made verbally in the first instance, and if requested, in writing. (We've never had one yet!)
• Your other advertisers are not permitted to use photographs taken by Web Marvels without specific permission for each specific image or portion thereof. Such permission will be granted only in rare circumstances. The taking of photographs is an investment in time and skill development, and is an asset of Web Marvels that we are not prepared to share lightly. We don't want our site looking like other sites, and we don't want their's looking like ours!
• Web Marvels and its author own the intellectual property of all content produced on behalf of customers. Customers or former customers may not reproduce this material in any form or forum without written consent and the payment where applicable of a licence fee. Essentially - if you discontinue the service, you can't copy our work and use it elsewhere - this will be an infringement of copyright and we will be entitled to pursue enforcement of our rights. We are flattered by such respect for our work, but flattery doesn't pay the bills, and the advertiser passing off our work as his should not be charging you for doing so!
• Web Marvels reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions periodically, any major changes will be notified.
